The Czech Cubism Foundation was established in accordance with Section 3 of Act No. 227 /1997 Coll. (Act on Foundations and Endowment Funds) by execution of the Deed of a Foundation of 18 October 2002; as of 31 December 2002 it was entered in the Foundation Register maintained with the Municipal Court in Prague, Section N, Insert No. 468. The Foundation was assigned Registration No. 26 73 84 65.
